At Calithea, every artwork is prepared with intention and care before it leaves our studio. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely while preserving the integrity and presence of the work.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship across all Lebanon.
Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, customers will receive a confirmation email indicating that their order has been successfully received and is being processed.
Processing & Delivery Time
Framed Artworks
Framed paintings are carefully prepared and shipped within 5 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Unframed & Customized Artworks
Unframed paintings or artworks requiring customization based on your preferences require 10 to 20 working days for preparation before shipping.
This time allows us to carefully finalize the piece according to your selected framing and presentation.
At Calithea, you are not simply purchasing a product, you are acquiring a presence, a statement designed to exist within a space and transform it.
For customized orders, we will personally inform you once the framing process is completed and when the artwork is ready to be shipped to your premises.
Packaging
All artworks are securely packaged using protective materials to ensure safe transport and preserve the quality of the piece during delivery.

Delivery Responsibility
Once the order has been dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and external circumstances. While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, Calithea cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen conditions.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Calithea cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses.
