Product images are provided for representation purposes. While we strive to display colors and textures as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your screen will display them exactly.

3. Framed and Unframed Orders

Calithea offers both framed and unframed artworks.

• Framed artworks are typically prepared and shipped within 5–7 business days.
• Unframed or customized artworks may require 10–20 business days for preparation before shipping.

When purchasing an unframed or customized piece, customers acknowledge that additional preparation time is required to complete the work.

4. Orders and Confirmation

Once an order is placed, the customer will receive an email confirmation indicating that the order has been successfully received and processed.

For artworks requiring additional preparation, such as framing or customization, customers will be notified once the piece is completed and ready for shipment.

Calithea reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase through the available payment methods on the website.

Calithea is not responsible for additional bank charges, currency conversion fees, or transaction costs imposed by financial institutions.

6. Shipping

Currently, Calithea offers shipping within Lebanon only.

Shipping timelines depend on the type of artwork purchased. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance but may vary depending on logistics conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

Once an artwork has been shipped, Calithea is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the artistic and limited nature of the works, all sales are considered final.

If a product arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.

We reserve the right to evaluate the claim and determine whether a replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate.

All artworks, images, designs, text, and content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Calithea.
